Our story.

Balqoon® originated from a customer request. The simple question was whether it was possible to post install concrete balconies to the façade.

The post installation of balconies was conceived and developed from this question. This system did not yet exist on the market. The existing anchors did not have the capacity to post install a massive balcony to the façade. Therefore, Balqoon® also developed the hollow balcony to make this possible. There were more and more questions from the market whether it was also possible to post install solid balconies. The more than 30 years of experience in the precast concrete industry and the 9 years of experience in post installing, Balqoon® developed the ISO-Qonnect® anchoring. Meanwhile, Balqoon has been working with the ISO-Qonnect® anchors for about 4 years and with success and satisfied customers.

Mission

Balqoon®'s mission is to change the construction process of balcony and gallery structures in such a way that the prefabrication concept and further legolisation of construction can be continuously optimised and perfected.

Vision

Balqoon®'s vision is that in the future, more and more prefabrication will be required due to a lack of skilled workers on site, ever-increasing quality requirements, tight construction sites in inner-city development and the desire for faster and more efficient construction.
